We collect account details (name, email, role), professional information you choose to share on your profile (resume, credentials, work history), and information about how you use the platform.

2. How we use it

To operate DentiHire, match candidates with employers, process payments, send transactional emails, and improve the product.

3. Sharing

When you apply to a job, the employer receives your application materials. We never sell your personal data. We share data with vetted vendors (hosting, payments, email) strictly to provide the service.

4. Your choices

You can edit or delete your profile, opt out of the searchable resume database, unsubscribe from alerts, and request account deletion at any time by emailing privacy@dentihire.com.

5. Security

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Payment information is handled directly by Stripe.
