Terms of Service
Last updated: 7/17/2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and DentiHire ("DentiHire", "we", "us", or "our") that governs your access to and use of dentihire.com and our related services (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account, posting a job, applying to a job, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility and accounts
To use the Service you must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction. When you create an account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep that information up to date. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, for safeguarding your password, and for any actions taken by teammates you invite. Notify us promptly at hello@dentihire.com if you suspect unauthorized access. We may suspend or terminate accounts that contain false information, impersonate another person, or are used to violate these Terms.
2. Roles on DentiHire
DentiHire supports two primary roles. Candidates are individuals seeking dental employment who create profiles, search jobs, and apply to roles. Employers are dental practices, group practices, dental service organizations, staffing agencies, or other organizations that post jobs and contact candidates. The features available to you depend on the role you select when you register; some features require a paid plan.
3. Candidate terms
As a candidate, you control the content of your profile, resume, and applications. You represent that all credentials and license numbers you list are accurate and current. You grant DentiHire a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host and display your profile and application content for the purpose of operating the Service. Employers receive the materials you submit to their job listings and may also discover your profile in our searchable candidate database if you have opted in. You can hide your profile from search at any time from your account settings.
4. Employer terms
As an employer, you are solely responsible for the content of your job listings, employer profile, and messages. You agree that every listing will describe a genuine vacancy at your organization or at a client organization you are authorized to recruit for, will include accurate information about location and compensation where required by law, and will comply with all applicable hiring laws — including the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission rules under Title VII, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, state and local pay-transparency laws, and applicable background-check and consumer-reporting laws.
You may NOT use the Service to:
- Post listings that are discriminatory on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, disability, genetic information, pregnancy, or any other category protected by applicable law.
- Post fake, duplicate, expired, or training-program listings disguised as paid roles.
- Charge candidates any fee as a condition of applying, training, or being hired.
- Request sensitive personal information (such as Social Security numbers, bank account details, or copies of government identification) through the messaging system.
- Contact candidates for purposes unrelated to the role they applied to.
You may only use candidate data you receive through the Service to evaluate candidates for the specific role they applied to, in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection law.
5. Payments, subscriptions, and no-refund policy
Paid features — including standard job postings, featured upgrades, and recruiter plans — are billed through our payment processor. Prices, billing cycles, and feature inclusions are described on our pricing page and may change over time, in which case changes take effect at your next renewal. You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees you incur and to store your tokenized payment method for future renewals.
All sales are final. DentiHire does not offer refunds, prorated credits, or partial refunds for any job posting fees, featured upgrades, or subscription charges — including unused portions of a billing period, jobs paused or removed before expiration, accounts canceled mid-cycle, or roles that are filled before a listing's natural end date. The only exception is where a refund is required by applicable law.
Subscriptions auto-renew at the then-current price until canceled. You may cancel at any time from your employer dashboard or billing page; cancellation stops future renewals but does not refund the current period. By purchasing, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy. Chargebacks initiated in contravention of this policy may result in suspension of your account pending resolution.
6. Intellectual property
The Service — including software, design, text, graphics, logos, and other content we create — is owned by DentiHire or our licensors and is protected by intellectual-property law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service, reverse engineer it, or attempt to extract its source code, except as permitted by applicable law.
7. User content license
You retain ownership of content you submit to the Service. By submitting content, you grant DentiHire a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, modify (for technical formatting), display, and distribute that content as necessary to operate, improve, and promote the Service. You represent that you own or otherwise have all rights necessary to grant this license and that your content does not violate the rights of any third party or any applicable law.
8. Prohibited conduct
You agree not to:
- Scrape, crawl, or otherwise harvest data from the Service except as expressly permitted.
- Use the Service to send spam, chain letters, or unsolicited bulk communications.
- Upload viruses, malware, or any other malicious code.
- Bypass or attempt to bypass rate limits, authentication, or other security measures.
- Use the Service in any way that violates applicable law or the rights of others.
- Misrepresent your identity, affiliation, or qualifications.
9. Third-party services
The Service integrates with third-party services for payments, email delivery, analytics, and other functions. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services or for any content they make available.
10. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted operation. DentiHire does not guarantee that you will receive applications, hire a candidate, secure a role, or achieve any particular result. DentiHire is a venue that connects employers and candidates; we do not screen, interview, employ, or verify the qualifications of any user, and we make no representation about the suitability, legality, or accuracy of job listings, profiles, applications, or messages.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DentiHire and its officers, directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or the Service will not exceed the greater of one hundred U.S. dollars or the amount you paid to DentiHire in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless DentiHire and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Service, your content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
13. Termination
You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms, if your account is used for fraudulent or harmful activity, or if we are required to do so by law. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution — will survive.
14. Governing law and dispute resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts. You and DentiHire each waive any right to a jury trial and agree that any dispute will be brought in an individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative proceeding.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by prominent notice on the Service before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
16. Miscellaneous
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any plan-specific terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and DentiHire regarding the Service. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later. You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent; we may assign them in connection with a corporate transaction.
